How to delete a secondary comcast email address?

I have several Comcast email addresses all linked to my main account. One of these addresses is now getting hammered with spam and I would like to delete it from my batch of Comcast email addresses. I have used the help function and internet searches and can not find any way to do this. In the past my account information page listed all the secondary email addresses and had tools to manipulate them. I can no longer find anything like this. Surely there must be a simple way to delete one of these secondary addresses. Can anyone help?

@MikeB39A Thank you for your help. I have signed into my account using my primary credentials successfully BUT there is no such link called Account Settings. There is an account link that gives me options of Billing, Account and Identity, Comcast Business, and Support. When checking under these headings there is no link to a settings control. See attachment image. This is what is driving me crazy. I always used to be able to manage my multiple Comcast emails addresses from a single page. What next?

Hello.

First you have to

  1. Sign in to xfinity.com as the primary user.
  2. Click the Account icon Account icon and then click Account and Identity.
  3. Scroll down to locate the user you wish to remove and click their name.
  4. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click Remove from account to permanently delete the ID from your account.
  5. You'll be asked to confirm if you want to remove the selected user. Click Remove.

Ahhhh at first I thought that you had told me to do something that was impossible because there is no designation of a "user", but then I saw there was an indication of several "viewers" which all had my identical name (I am the only user). I thought this was very odd. So I started clicking on those and realized that each of these supposed "viewers" was actually the information for each of my alternative email addresses. Really weird wording. Comcast used to simply have a page under my main account that listed all my alternate email addresses, but clearly has changed to this odd concept of "viewer". So I can see that probably "remove from account" will delete and get rid of the unwanted alternate email address. You said that it will delete "the ID" and by that I assume you mean the email address will be deleted. This address has been getting hundreds of spam emails a day - just wild.

Thanks for responding tonight. Interesting that I could not find anything on Comcast help function about this at all. I wonder why they make this so obscure? Ah well. Thanks again; I appreciate your input!
