I have tried all that I know to do as a typist.  I need some specific guidance that accomplishes the task at hand.  Help please.  Thanks

@user_yhoam4 Thanks for reaching out to us regarding entering an underlined address in your Xfinity Address Book. Are you attempting to enter a clickable function for a web browser, email, or something else?

You need to click on the address that is underlined.  A box should pop up that will give you the option to add it to the address book.  And, you can fill in the information about the person as well.  However, this must be the "From" address that is underlined.  If the email address is in the body of the email, it won't work.
