How to Keep Comcast Email

I have been a Xfinity/Comcast customer for about 20 years, and created a comcast.net email. I have recently cancelled my internet with Xfinity, is there any way that I can still keep access to this email without using Xfinity as my ISP?

Please see https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/using-email-only  and https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/email-only-faqs

Although you can keep your @Comcast.net address, it would probably be best to begin migrating to one of the (often free) independent email only providers like Outlook.com, Gmail.com, Yahoo.com, etc. That way you wouldn't have to change it again even if your ISP changes.

How  did this work for you? I'm wondering if you still have access to this forum. Were you able to keep your Comcast.net address? I've been a customer since the being.

Thank you for reaching out to us @jjnash! You can still use your email if you’ve disconnected your services. I see our awesome Gold Problem Solver BruceW shared the links supporting how.
