how to remove a contact from a group
I need to remove a contact from a group I created. The contact does not have time to be a part of the group and so does not want to receive emails about it any longer. Can you help?

I assume you are using the Xfinity/Appsuite email interface? If so, on the Inbox page click on "Address Book" in the toolbar.
On the landing page open the group in the left pane, then select the contact in question. Look back up at the toolbar and click on "Edit". Then look down to see the field labeled "Groups". The name of the group should appear with an "X" next to it. Click on that, and it should remove the contact from the group.
