I am no longer, since about February 1, not able to receive emails from southwest airlines.

I have worked with Southwest to ensure they have the correct email etc. They send me emails and they NEVER make it to my inbox with you and it does not bounce back to them. They said I need to contact you, and have you check if there was a firewall change or settings change that I did not make.  Please help as I am unable to get into my SWA account or get any email from them although others are getting email notes from them.

Hello, @user_np3zof

Sorry for the inconvenience. Are you accessing your email through xfinity.com or a 3rd party device? Is this email from an active account or non-active account? Email access will be preserved for active Xfinity Email users who choose to disconnect their Xfinity services. Former Xfinity customers can still use their Xfinity Email address if they have logged into their account using the Xfinity Email website within 90 days prior to downgrading or disconnecting service. Is this the only email that isn't coming through?

user_blusci thank you for bringing this concern with missing emails to our attention. You can actually check your email settings right from your email itself, by the way are you using a third party option to check emails such as the mail app on your phone?
