I am not receiving emails from Evite

Hello,

I was contacted by my hiking group leader that her Evite invitation to me bounced back to her.  I checked my spam folder and it was not there.  I also logged into Xfinity to check if the email was there and it was not.  I do not have any filters setup.  I used to receive these emails without any issues.  Apparently others in our group who have comcast.net email addresses have had this issue.  What do I need to do to fix this?

Thanks,

Thank you for reaching out to us froush! Have you noticed if this issue happens with any other emails? Are you using a third-party application like Outlook or Apple Mail on an iPhone, Macbook, or iPad?

I appreciate you for confirming that @froush! Could you please make sure the option for "Third Party Access" is checked following the steps in this article?

Moved to the Email forum as this has nothing to do with Accessibility/disability.
