I cant access my email

please tell me why i can't access my email ..... I seem to have a new user name. it is showing my email address and username in my profile but i cant find a way to sign in. Thank you.

user_au8auk I use my email all day so I understand your concern. Are you trying to log in at Xfinity.com or are you usinga email clinent?

It would be helpful if you gave us more information so that we might be able to help you.  How are you trying to access your email?  through webmail or a third party email app like Outlook, Thunderbird Apple/Mac Mail?  Are you getting any error messages, and if so, what are they?
