I can't email myself
Help. I can no longer email myself. I would sometimes email an article from my iPhone to myself so I could open it at home on my computer or I would sometimes email myself on my home computer to view the article on my iPhone when traveling. Approximately 7 days ago this has stopped working. I called Xfinity several times during the course of two days, was given a case number, and I was told someone would get back to me. No one has gotten back to me. I use the Xfinity mail on my phone and on my computers. I have not changed my password and I have been emailing myself for years. Could someone please provide the necessary help to fix this problem.

Were you able to resolve this? I have the exact same problem and for the same reasons as you stated and in about your same timeframe. I fixed it once by logging out of Comcast/xfinity and back in. The fix lasted a couple days but then happened again and now logging out/in does not help. Thanks..
