I can’t get my Comcast emails and cannot talk to a live person for help
I cannot get my emails! Having trouble for one week and have called and texted and emailed over and over again! Where is a live person to help me? When I called Apple support to check from that end they said it was a problem with xfinity and they need to help!!!!! Phone number: [Edited: "Personal Information"]

To get started on resolving your email issue please send me a direct message with your full name and address.
To send a "Direct Message":
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon at the top of the page (it looks like a text bubble)
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list that appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
