I can’t get my Comcast emails and cannot talk to a live person for help

I cannot get my emails! Having trouble for one week and have called and texted and emailed over and over again! Where is a live person to help me? When I called Apple support to check from that end they said it was a problem with xfinity and they need to help!!!!! Phone number: [Edited: "Personal Information"]

Can you give us more detail?  How are you trying to check your email? on your phone or other device, a third party email app, or at webmail?  What error messages, if any, are you getting?

Comcast service person needs to call me. I am a paying customer who lost all email service since last week. I have “chatted” with the online chat service to NO avail. I need someone to restore my email on the email app

We'd be happy to troubleshoot your email issues further and if needed, get a ticket submitted over to our dedicated Advanced Repair Team for further assistance. To better assist, can you please send us a Direct Message with your first and last name along with the service address on the account? 

To send a "Direct Message" ("Private") message:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

  • Click the "Direct Message chat" icon
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

That must be incredibly frustrating, especially after a whole week of trying to get it resolved. I can definitely help you with this. I see you've provided a phone number, but to protect your privacy, please don't share personal information like phone numbers or account details in this public chat.

 

To get started on resolving your email issue please send me a direct message with your full name and address. 

 

To send a "Direct Message":

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon at the top of the page (it looks like a text bubble)

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
