I change email address and have had issues accessing email every since. Went to Xfinity store twice and no help.

I sent to Xfinity store in Blaine to change my email address.  Had to go back 3 days later because I couldn't access emails.

They said to use old email address (which I was trying to delete) and it let me in for 3 days.

Now I can't get back in using old or new email address.  My account use to show a personal and Xfinity email but now only shows a personal email.

The old email is trying to send verification code to my old phone number and old email address.

I'm so frustrated with Xfinity because you can never get a live agent on chat or phone like other companies like US bank have.  US bank is great because you can get live person 24/7 and they resolve issues immediately not like Xfinity.  I think it's time to find a new internet and phone service.

Hi there,

I understand your frustration with the email access issues and the difficulty in getting support. If I were in your shoes, I would be reaching out too. Let's work together to resolve this.

It sounds like the email address change has caused some complications with your account. Since the old email is still trying to send verification codes to outdated contact information, we need to update your account details to ensure you can access your emails.

Please send us a direct message with your full name, address, and the new email address you want to use. We'll take a closer look at your account and make the necessary updates to ensure everything is correct.

I apologize for the inconvenience you've experienced. We're here to help and will do our best to resolve this promptly. Thank you for your patience and for being a valued Xfinity customer.

Here is a great step by step process on how to send us a direct message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
Check out for example on how to send us a Direct Message:  https://forums.xfinity.com/conversations/email/cant-create-a-new-email-address/605e52b726aa974d63032d02?commentId=606107ea738c7f46a02b830e
