I changed my xfinity secondary account password and it will not connect
I get the following error with email accounts on my secondary [Edited: "Personal Information"] account after changing the accounts password. It will also not allow me to connect to the account via Outlook.

Good afternoon @Its_Me, and thank you for reaching out on our Community Forums with your password concerns, we appreciate it. Are you able to sign in to your email using the XFINITY website? Have you also tried clearing cache and cookies?
