I want to delete a group of addresses

I see that I can delete one address at a time from my collected addresses, however there are many many addresses that I would like to delete. It is possible to select more than one? I've tried using the shift key and the command key, but delete is not an option when I do. Doing them one at a time will take forever.

@Anon287844 Thank you for connecting with us here in our community. You reached the right place for assistance. Can you please clarify you are referring to your email address list? Are you using a Mac laptop?

I am using an iMac desktop, which seemed the best way to approach this. I could also use my iPad, but it looked like it would be more cumbersome. Yes, I am referring to the Address List that I find while accessing my email.

BTW, I was in the Mac store today complaining that one person that I wanted to hear from kept being put in the junk folder. I had added her to my contacts and made her a "VIP", but her emails will still being junked. They told me the problem was with Comcast and not with Mac. That is the reason I came to the website in the first place, to add her to a Comcast Address List so she would no longer be relegated to the junk folder. Hopefully now that I have done that it will no longer happen.

Thanks for your attention to this query.

Thanks for your reply. I did select several emails using the control button, but the "delete" function was greyed out and I was not able to delete them. Sorry for the long wait to reply but I was away for a week.

Hey there Anon287844 so just checked my own Xfinity email inbox, there is not a multi-select option when managing your email address/contacts. You will have to select each one, then "Delete" in the top section.

... collected addresses ... It is possible to select more than one? ...

No, as confirmed by @XfinityPaula in https://forums.xfinity.com/conversations/email/problems-with-appsuite-collected-addresses/669e499f8c8da0745ade0376?commentId=669ea7f2f51e6b50438dcc0e:

... When selecting more than one contact the edit and delete options are greyed out ...

I can bulk delete every single email in my account with just a few clicks, but email addresses can only be deleted One. At. A. Time. It's a ridiculous limitation, but that's where we are.

In webmail v7.10.6-13-13 it appears that the Address Book has (finally!) been modified to allow deleting MULTIPLE items.

Nope. I SWEAR it worked yesterday, but today I'm back to one-at-a-time.
