I want to delete unused email address but Comcast will not let me
I deleted one unused email address this morning. Comcast will not allow me to delete the second saying that it has an upcoming payment coming.
I use autopay and that is linked to my primary email address. I need someone from Comcast to delete the secondary email address in question.
