I'm unable to load comcast.net email in a browser. When selecting view email - the /auth page is delivered instead.

I am unable to load comcast.net email in a browser. After successfully logging in, when attempting to view email, I am instead sent to the page:  https://www.xfinity.com/auth. I am getting the same results in Firefox, Chrome, and Edge. Tried clearing cache - no help. What is wrong?
