I can’t get into my email account outside of the xfinity app without the imap password and I have no idea what that is

user_ymxxw8 Hello there, and welcome to Xfinity Forums! I'm here to help. Usually, the password for imap is the same as your Xfinity login. In some instances it's different, and that can impact your access. May I ask what other email program you are trying to access such as Outlook, Apple Mail, etc?
