Import Contact CSV not working
I created a CSV file with a column for FIRST NAME, LAST NAME, EMAIL. I used ShuttleCloud, selected the file and it went through the process of importing the file. At the end it indicated it imported 40 contacts which is correct. When I go to the address book, the contacts are not there. I've tried several times and it always appears like everything is working fine but nothing is imported.

Are you doing this through the Xfinity Email web client, or through an email program like Outlook or Apple Mail?

Does it work if you change those headings to "Given name", "Sur name", and "Email 1"? That's what webmail calls them when you Export from the Address Book to a .CSV text file.
