Importing contact from a csv file not working [Edited]

I got the template from the Xfinity email client and added the contacts I wanted. I then went to import. When I did, NOTHING happened. a very brief blue circle appears on the screen and then nothing. No contacts are imported. I tried the assistant and it was no help at all. There is no number to call for assistance that works. This is VERY FRUSTRATING. I do not have this many issues with anything else.

@JPOG75 Thanks for adding a post. We can help. Which method are you using to importing the contacts, and on what device?

I finally got it working through Edge. I was using Firefox originally.
