Inactive Comcast.net email account is now closed
How can I get my comcast.net email address back? When I try to log in on the web, it says my account is closed because I did not log in for 90 days. This is true. How can I reactivate it and receive new emails?

You can try Comcast Security Assurance. They may or may not be able to retrieve it depending on how long it's been.

Good afternoon queenbee56. Typically, if you log in at least once every 90 days, the account would remain active, but if it exceeds 90 days the account, would be closed. Here is some additional information about Comcast email. https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/email-activity
