Inactive email account

I didn’t realize that Comcast was deactivating my email account. I recently used the address to have a link sent but I can’t access anymore. Am I unable to reactivate email account?

If the email address has been deactivated for more than 90 days you would not be able to recover it, but if it has been less than 90 days logging in at xfinityconnect.email.comcast.net should reactivate the address. You can always try our Customer Security Assurance folks.  They can sometimes recover emails account.
