Have you checked "Recover Deleted Items"? See https://connect.xfinity.com/appsuite/apps/faq/index.html#recoverEmail.

Yes, they didn’t go to trash.

I am having the same issue.  This morning my inbox was completely empty except for new received emails.  None of those went to my trash bin.  All of my created folders were fine.  I NEED those emails restored.
