Incoming email server name

I am trying to access a Comcast email account that hasn't been accessed in several years. I have a primary Comcast email account that I use all the time and it is where I receive most communications including billing from Comcast/Xfinity; the account I am trying to access belongs to another family member. I have the login and just updated the password. When I try to add this address to my existing email account, it tells me the credentials are no longer valid and gives me a form with several missing items, including the incoming server name. Where do I find this server name? I can't find it anywhere in my email settings.

I have found what I believe to be the correct incoming and outgoing mail servers, but it still says my login credentials are invalid. Now when I sign into the account I am trying to access through the Comcast website and ask to reactivate the email account, it takes me to my primary Comcast email inbox, and doesn't load any emails from the email address I am trying to access.

    Server type:   IMAP

    Server name: imap.comcast.net

    Connection security: SSL/TLS

    Server port: 993

Outgoing server (SMTP):

    Server name: smtp.comcast.net

    Connection security: SSL/TLS

    Server port: 465

    Authentication: As incoming mail server
