Increasing number of emails not arriving

Starting last year around this time, I noticed that sometimes a website would say they sent me an email (like a verification code or link) but that email would never ever arrive. In the back of my mind I did worry how many OTHER emails weren't arriving, but I took no action other than looking around to check rules (I had none at the time) etc.

More recently it is happening more and more and it is not limited to verification code or link emails. Now it's also like if I sign up for a zoom event and stuff like that. They aren't going to junk or spam or deleted, they just aren't showing up in my inbox. This morning I had to re-register for zooms using my icloud email instead, and that invite came thru just fine.  I've rechecked filters and rules and all that (I have 2 rules now, for substack and beehiiv, which are not the emails not arriving). I have a couple people blocked (again, not related to the emails not arriving). Please help.

The concern is not "Community Knowledge Base" related............ Topic moved here to the proper help section for assistance.

@EG Om, I have no idea what that means or where I am supposed to go look to find followup or resolution. Is there a link you could include?

user_56q4ib, It's a pleasure to work with you here in our community, especially over something that is as important as emails. I check mine daily, so I can only imagine what you've gone through. I did have a question to clarify and get us on the same page from the very start. Are you only using a 3rd party email client to access your emails? If so, are you able to test if you can log into your Xfnity email to view those missing emails?

@XfinityMarcos Sorry, I just realized I should check if anyone responded.  I almost entirely use Mail (apple) for my emails, yes, but I have logged onto xfinity thru the browser and checked as well, and the emails are not there either.

@user_56q4ib, If you could send our team a direct message with your full name, the name listed on the account (if different), and the service address associated with your account, I'd be more than happy to look into this for you. To send a Direct Message, please click on the chat icon in the top-right corner of the screen, next to the bell icon, and then type or select "Xfinity Support" to initiate a direct message.
