Intermittent reception of my email overseas

Email works for a couple of days then tells me it’s not working. Very irritating, please what can I do. Traveled for years but this is the first time it has happened .

Can you tell us a bit more about how you are accessing the service? Different browsers or device when it does work vs. when it does not?

I am having the same issue, have travelled internationally for years with no issue. In UK now and neither Outlook nor Samsung email app will retrieve comcast.net email. Outlook asks me to sign in again but fails, Samsung email just doesn't refresh. If I set my VPN to the USA then emails come in fine.

@user_1g6dq5 I am sorry to hear you are having an issue with your email and your email app. Have you followed the link: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/configure-outlook-express-xfinity-internet?view=app to make sure settings are correct?
