Can you clarify your situation? Do you mean you are trying to get onto your friend's wi-fi connection? Or is the RV a permanent fixture and you are trying to signup for the Comcast internet service or what? Are you using a laptop or a tablet? Something else? Do you have an existing account from a different service address?

As long as your unit has a separate mailing address from the main property, we can create a serviceability request to have your address added to our system. If you could send our team a direct message with your full name and the address where you wanted to establish service, I'd be more than happy to look into this for you.
