IP address

When I use mail app on iPhone but connected to fidium WiFi, my comcast email will not load. Fidium indicates that I need to ask you to unblock my IP address for it to work. Please advise

Are you only having issues with accessing your email on your phone app? Have you tried another device or accessing your email through the website to see if that works?
