iPhone email
After resetting my password I can no longer get email on my iPhone . Have had multiple chats and was promised once problem would be resolved, another chat promised a phone call in an hour, which never came, went to my comcast local store but got no help. What can be done to fix this?

Did you also reset the password in Mac Mail on the phone and not just in the Comcast account? I'm assuming you are using the default Mail app on the phone?
