iPhone Mail App wrong username/password

I changed my password today and now I can’t get my mail app to connect to my Comcast.net email. I have confirmed many many many times that I have it correct. I deleted the mail account and tried re-adding the account and it still will not work. I’ve tried resetting the password again but it won’t work. The security setting is checked to allow third party apps so that’s not it.

Thank you for reaching out to us @user_g7o078! We appreciate you for confirming the security setting is checked. It also helps to know you’ve deleted the mail account and attempted to re-add it. Just to confirm, did you add it back to the iPhone’s mail app using the settings mentioned in this article here?

 

Have you tried resetting the password again and then re-adding the email to the iPhone’s app?

@user_g7o078 Did you get your phone to work?  We are having the same problem on our iphone.  Happened all of a sudden and all of our security settings are fine.  We use Verizon for our carrier.  Need help too. My email is [Edited: "Personal Information"]
