iPhone sending emails.

My iPhone won’t let me send emails. T-Mobile said this is a Xfinity issue. I’ve tried to contact through customer service but it won’t allow me to connect with an agent

Hi TGHomes! Thanks for visiting our Xfinity Forum. We appreciate you reaching out to our team about this email concern. I certainly know the importance of successfully sending your emails, and my team is here to help!

To better understand, do you have Xfinity Mobile service or T-Mobile? Do you have Internet service with Xfinity? Also, is the email you're experiencing issues with a Comcst.net email?

We look forward to assisting you!
