I keep getting emails that say I need to verify my email info or pictures and documents will be erased?

Do you have pictures and documents stored at some online service?  If so, is it the same service that is sending these messages?

Yes. From xfinity. But spelled wrong.

If the email you received has misspellings it is more than likely a phishing email or scam. You can report the issue to our CSA Team here: Report an Issue
