Is this email account lost forever?

I'm trying to help my dad get his outlook organized and there's an email address we cant reset the password for.

Traditionally with the Xfinity email, you would just need to check it once every 90 days for it to stay active. Do you know how long it might have been since he had checked or used the email last? Thank you for getting us in the loop.

Is your Dad still a paying Xfinity customer?  If so, what happens when you try to reset the password?  Are you getting any error message?  If he is not a current customer but still has his Comcast email account, see here for access conditions:
