However, to thank you for being an Xfinity customer, we will apply a "Loyalty Discount" credit of $65 per month on your bill for the next 12 months as long as you stay on the same Xfinity Internet package.

@user_d3tmsv yes those are real. You most likely were on grandfathered promotion that expired, so certain customers were notified they are receving a Loyalty discount. you will see the credit on your next bill cycle, from the xfinity app you can view your detailed pdf billing statements and under regular charges you should see that credit added
