Can you elaborate? Are you trying to log in to webmail [ https://connect.xfinity.com/appsuite ] and it's not letting you? If that's the case are you getting any errors? If so, what are they?
Are you able to log in, but you're not seeing any new emails?
Are you using a third party email app like Outlook or Thunderbird?
