Just Answer subscription [Edited]

Hello:

I was directed by Comcast to Just Answer on Sunday. It said I could do so for $1; I went for it and later found the $1 was after a $55 subscription.  My connection with Just answer was disengaged prior to getting an answer.

I have cancelled the subscription, I would like my $55 back.

Please help.
