Listed Under Wrong Account

Hi, I no longer have Xfinity service, but I have retained mine and my wife's email addresses. When I sign into my account ([Edited: "Personal Information"]), it says that I'm only a member, not primary, and the physical address listed is not mine. I am not able to sign into my wife's at all ([Edited: "Personal Information"]) - it tells me to reset my password, but there is not a phone number associated with her email. I do not know who is the primary user on our account (it should be me).

Can you help me associate my wife's email with my account, remove me from whoever's account it thinks I'm currently on, and make me primary?

Although you can keep your Comcast.net address, when you are no longer a customer your ability to manage those addresses, as you are discovering, becomes limited and problematic. It would be best to begin migrating to one of the (often free) independent email-only providers like Outlook.com, Gmail.com, Yahoo.com, etc. Also, that way you wouldn't have to change your email address again even if your ISP changes.

Please send us a direct chat message with your full name and complete service address to “Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the chat icon located at the top right of this forums page.
Here's the detailed steps to direct message us: 
 • Click "Sign In" if necessary
 • Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
 • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
 • Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
 • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
 • Press Enter to send your message
