Log Into Comcast.net Email

I have two email comcast.net email accounts and I would go to comcast.net to login. Since Saturday, 2/1/25 I am unable to get logged in. The page goes to Xfinity.com and I click sign in and it just keeps going in a circle. Can't get into email accounts.  I tested sending to the email addresses and it goes through.

What happens when you try?  Remember, we're not sitting in front of your computer or holding your phone in our hand, so we have no way of trying to figure out what is going on unless you give us as much information as possible, but leaving out any personally identifying information.

Same here.  Things can be sent to my (and my wife’s) email accounts but we can’t open our Comcast email accounts.  Error message says to effect temporarily blacklisted ip server.  We do not have xfinity anymore- moved 5 years ago and kept our Comcast email accounts

When was the last time you logged in to webmail?  If you've been using a third party email app, chances are your email has been deleted.  You need to log in to webmail at least every 90 days.

We use our email accounts Gmail and Comcast several times daily.  For last 5-6 years our accounts have been synchronized on our iPhones and iPads using their mail app.  2 weeks or so ago started getting message password incorrect and to renter password for imap Comcast in settings.  When we do that still comes back to same message.  Am able to open emails using connect.xfinity.com

Logging into Comcast.net does not address my concerns.  Up until 2 weeks ago I have been able to open mail app on my iPhone and iPad and open my gmail and my Comcast accounts - they were synchronized 

together.  I have been able to do that

for the last 5 years up until 2 weeks ago.  That is what I’d like to get back to.  I know I can open my Comcast email at connect app but that is extra step I’ve not had to do last 5 years.

@user_5ykoe0 Sorry to hear the email isn't working well. We recommend reaching out to our Customer Security Assurance (CSA) team by calling our teammates in Customer Service at 1-800-266-2278. Follow the prompts to be directed to and internet/email agent. The agent can then direct you to CSA. The other option is to report the issue here: https://internetsecurity.xfinity.com/help/report-abuse

Are you using an app, link, webmail or email client?

Are you seeing any error messages?

Are you able to log into your email account?

Have you tried accessing through a different device?

I have a big problem with receiving email on my iPhone. Constantly saying password is incorrect and it updates my email maybe if lucky once a day. Get 50 messages at once. A detail warning is at the very bottom of my email saying that my service has been denied. I can send no problem but may take me a day or so to get new email. [Edited: "Language"] has Comcast done with email. I know they do not allow new email accounts and seem to want to get out of the email business. <Edited: Language> you cannot even get someone with email ability on the line or in the stores. Said don’t have email repair staff any longer. I have had my email address for 17 years or so now. I don’t want a google or AOL address. This is so frustrating. My wife and daughters iPhone are having the same exact email problems.

Hello fadams to log in to your Xfinity email, please use the Xfinity Connect Appsuite. Can we try that link and see if that works for you? If it doesn't, can you let us know what messages or errors you are seeing?

You need to clear your cache and cookies.  After you do that, close your browser and then start a new session.
