Log Into Comcast.net Email

I have two email comcast.net email accounts and I would go to comcast.net to login. Since Saturday, 2/1/25 I am unable to get logged in. The page goes to Xfinity.com and I click sign in and it just keeps going in a circle. Can't get into email accounts.  I tested sending to the email addresses and it goes through.

Once again, try this:

Clear your cookies and cache for Comcast/Xfinity.  Sign out of your account.  Close your browser.  Start a new session.

Post back if this doesn't work for you.

Yes. What ever you do not follow the instructions fro their help support. After exhausting all the trials they had me go through. They had me delete one of my email accounts then re add it to my phone. That was the mistake. I no longer have an active account with them. I do not live in there service area. There for their comment was because you don’t have an active account we can not put it back on. Not only did they [Edited: "Language"] me out of one of my accounts, they deleted it of their system. All of my emails are gone from that account. And I can not get them back. I had that email address for over 20 years. That stinks. A lot of work contacting all my people.

I too am having problem getting my eamils. Im 72 years old and i don't understand a lot of what going on or how to correct it. What is goinh on and what do I mdo to get into my email now with your recent changes.
