Logged into Xfinity Not Receiving Emails

I have not received any emails since Friday 9/19 when logged into xfinity via chrome. 

I researched the forum and found instructions to DM support, but I do not have the DM icon.

We actually prefer you post your inquiry publicly before reaching out directly. Sending unsolicited direct messages is a violation of our community guidelines. We try to solve issues publicly when possible so if another member has a similar issue, they can find the answers they need. 
That said, are you receiving any error message or is there anything out of the ordinary happening when trying to refresh you inbox?
