lost email

Hello, today our email Inbox lost all messages from 1/17/2024 12:02am to 1/25/2024 5:31am Pacific timezone.  There is a gap in the Sent and Trash folders as well for roughly the same timeframe.

Does Xfinity have any mechanism that Xfinity had to see if it was deleted, moved to another folder, or something else.  We've looked in the Trash, Spam, Junk folders and don't find anything.

If possible, we would like them recovered.

Hello, @user_vsftuz. I understand how frustrating it can be to lose emails. Are the emails still missing?
