Lost Emails
I have lost all of my emails dated before 9/8/2024. They were in my inbox. I did not delete them. I did not move them to a folder. They just disappeared. One day they were there, and the next day they were gone and did not come back. I have searched online for a solution. One support agent suggested I clear my cache and I did that. That did not resolve the situation. Please help me recover my lost emails.

You need to call Customer Security Assurance to see if they can recover your emails.

Also, never post any personal identifying information in a public forum; anyone across the internet can read these forums and can hijack your email account.

• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message" icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message
