Lost inbox email

All of my inbox email suddenly disappeared. They were not deleted or moved into any other folder. Very frustrating, unable to recover them. This happened a few years ago also. Talked to support, they restored all my deleted items only. Dont need those. Not sure what to do. Don’t feel like sitting on the phone for 2 hours. The customer service is awful.

Thank you for your response. The emails weren’t “deleted “. They were just gone. Not In the trash or spam folders or any other folder. There are many important emails lost. A solution would be much appreciated

@user_i1gk5j Thank you for checking and working with our phone support team. Are you able to search the inbox for the missing email by sender or subject? Do you happen to use any email clients with your comcast.net email address?

There’s nothing in the inbox to search. Except for new emails. All inbox emails disappeared.

Let's see if we can get the Xfinity emails recovered for you remotely.

Can you send us a direct message with your full name, name of account holder (if different), and service address please?

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon (speech bubble)

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it
