Lost my Comcast email

I changed my xfinity password as prompted and lost the access to my Comcast email on my iPhone?? Help! As I need easier access to my email for work, than logging into xfinity email every time.

As someone who communicates via email all day, I understand your concern.  You can manage your Xfinity Email through third-party programs when the Access Security box is checked. Here is a link on how to turn your access to third-party email programs on or off. Please reach out if you have any questions or concerns with this process.

@user_m2wxrd Have you tried deleting the app and then adding it back to your phone. This will make sure you have the latest version of it. I also suggest turning your phone off and back on before uploading the email client again.
