Mail

I have 2 accounts 1 is personal and one is for junk mail.  I can not sign in says does not recognize  e-mail or password on either  account. And mail will not download

Thanks for reaching out to us I know how important it is to be able to access your e-mail, how do you access your e-mail do you go through xfinity.com or are you going through a third party e-mail address or party using an app on a mobile device like an iPhone for your e-mail access

@user_zdm7vy Have you attempted to clear your cache and cookies? How about use a different browser, have you tried that?
