Manage and Link Accounts - Can't Make This Change Right Now

I have several xfinity (old Comcast) accounts which I have actively used for over 10 years.  One of these accounts is now forcing a password change when I attempt to log in.  When I try to change the password on the xfinity web page, it says it cannot change the password because the account does not have a linked phone number and that I should have the primary account holder change the password.  When I attempt to change the password from my primary account by clicking on "Manage and Link Accounts" I get the error "You can't make this change right now - We need to verify your contact information to keep your account secure. Make sure to add your phone number and email address if you haven't already."  I have been getting this error for several days and cannot see any of my non-primary email accounts from my primary email account as I used to although all but this one email account work fine.  My primary account does have a phone number and personal email address associated with it.  I do not have an active service account for xfinity which may be impacting the problem, but that his not been a problem in the past.   I'll greatly appreciate any help in resetting my non-primary account's password and regaining assess to its email.
