Missing draft email - how to recover?

I had a draft email with a lot of important information that is gone.  It is no longer in my draft and I do not see it in my trash or anywhere else.

Is there any way to recover this? Can xfinity support recover it?  It was in my drafts a few days ago and I regularly make edits to it.

Hi there and welcome to Comcast @j915mm. I am sorry to hear that your emails are no longer there. Have you checked the deleted folder for them?

This is a ridiculous, ongoing problem with Comcast.  Trying to send email from my iPhone, it gets hung up in my outbox because says the password is wrong. But I know it isn't.  Email is being received fine, using the same password.  I go to my Comcast online account. There is no draft folder or emails waiting to send.  Two weeks ago, I was told by Comcast I had to change my password, which I did.  I updated my iPhone with the new password and all was well.  A week ago, I was unable to send/receive anything in Comcast account from my iPhone.  My husband had the same issue from an android phone. A day or two later, it resolved.  There seems to be ongoing issues with Comcast email.  Now I have emails stuck in my iPhone outbox, that do not appear anywhere in my Comcast online account, and keep getting a message that the password is wrong when I try to send them from my iPhone. What is going on over there?!

Hey there @user_illeuq So sorry to hear about the issues with your iPhone email access.  Have you made sure that 3rd party email access is enabled via the My Account Settings? Have you attempted to clear the mailbox and then re-add it, and it give you the same error during setup?
