missing email account

The email account I've had for almost 20 years all of a sudden disappeared. I went on a chat with customer service and they said they would try to locate it and re activate it but I have NO IDEA WHY XFINITY took my email account down. SOMEONE HELP!!

Once there, you can direct your messages to "Xfinity Support." Please add your full name and service address to help us locate your account. Let me know if you have any questions.

i dont understand . where do i direct anything to support. its a blank page.

Try refreshing your page.

To send a direct message:
 
Click "Sign In" if necessary
 
• Click the "Direct Message" icon in the upper right
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon just to the right of Conversations
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line not the Employee's name
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it

My primary email account of at least 15 years disappeared about two weeks ago. My secondary account has become the primary account. Why did [Edited: Personal Information] disappear? I saw on one of the community forum messages thar Comcast Security can restore lost email accounts if it is not past 90 days. Please have someone restore it. 
I have signed in, but do not see a direct message icon in the upper right corner nor anywhere on this page.
I saw on another post that Comcast Security may be able to restore the account. If so, please post that phone number. Thanks.
