Let's try this: Sign into Xfinity Email using your Xfinity ID and password. Right-click on the Trash folder or click on the More Actions icon (three lines) next to the trash folder. Select Recover Deleted Items. Select the messages you want to restore and then click Move Selected Items. Select the appropriate destination folder and click OK or Move. You will have 30 days to recover deleted emails before they become permanently unavailable. You can select multiple messages by clicking the first email in your list, holding Shift and then clicking the last email in your list.
In webmail, if you see a right arrow next to the Inbox click on that to see if your folders show up. Or scroll down to the bottom of the page and on the left hand side you should see Show/Hide folders. If it says "Hide" click on that.

I'm having the same problem. I believe this all started 2 days ago when xfinity made me log in to all my Xfinity apps and change password. Xfinity "chat" is TOTALLY USELESS! I spent 45 minutes on an on-line chat with Apple and they couldn't help me. They suggested it likely was Xfinity issue. Desktop is the only email that's working propertly with all my folders and sub-folders. Ipad shows all the emails but they don't seem to be synced with desktop. Same for iphone. HELP
I need to add that the ONLY folders I can see are IN and TRASH. About 20 folders and subsequent sub-folders are missing. I have deleted the MAIL app and re-installed. Have also done a hard reset on my iphone. I have attempted this 'fix" at least 25 timesl

I also have the problem, all my folders have disappeared. Accessing my account via the Xfinity web portal, I don't see the files there either. I tried the suggestions on this page; restoring from trash, show/hide folders, pressing arrow by inbox to show folders. I urgently need help, would someone from Comcast please respond?

What change did Xfinity make that is causing loss of Email Folders from the web based site? Based on all of the Forum discussions, this appears to be a global incident.
I've noticed in the last week or so, that several of my folders are being emptied and renamed with "recovered" however some folders have completely disappeared. And they do not show up in Trash for me to recover.
@user_dzj33s I am sorry to hear about the missing content of your email. Have you updated your password recently? Are you on the Xfinity website or are you using a 3rd party app?

I am missing some of my email folders. I am logged in via the website. How can I get them back?
Make sure you have all the arrows in the left pane pointing downward. Also, at the bottom of that pane is a Show/Hide folders link to click on.

Two things to try: clear your cache and/or try a different browser. If using Edge or Chrome try Firefox.

When you are logged in do you see an arrow next to your Inbox. If so, is it pointing to the right? If so, click on it.
Also, down at the bottom of the left hand side you might see "Show folders". Click on that.
I hope that helps!
