missing email folders

I'm missing email folders created on December 27, 2023.  I've tried all the ways to find them, and they arent' there.  And when I search deleted emails, they aren't there either.  Help!!!

How are you accessing your email?  Are you using a desktop or laptop and a browser for the webmail?  Or a client like Outlook or Thunderbird?

I am on my laptop Xfinity email, but I've checked Outlook and troubleshooted from other's suggestions.  They are not on my iphone either.

@user_4z1eb7 we can see about recovering those lost emails. Please send us a direct message with your full name and address:

"Search for Xfinity Support" won't work. To send a "Direct Messaging" message to Xfinity Support:


 • Click "Sign In" if necessary


 • Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging


 • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon


 • The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there


 •  - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list


 •  - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line


 • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window


 • Press Enter to send it

I came here because I had the same problem! The missing emails are very important and can't be find them in my email.

Please Xfinity do something!!
