Missing email folders

After going most of yesterday with my Xfinity emails not syncing with my samsung phone I finally got that issue resolved, but now I have noticed my saved foler is missing with all my important emails.  I cont comcast and was told although I syncing the problem has not been fully resolved and once it had, my save folder should come back. Keeping my fingers crossed.
