Missing emails

I am missing all emails in all folders prior to 12/20/23.

Thank you for confirming that, @user_8buau3! Since they are missing from the Webmail, we will use that as the main source. When you log into the webmail, is the missing emails in the spam or junk folder by chance?

Unfortunately they are missing from all folders including spam and junk.

Hey, @user_8buau3! Thanks for reaching out to us on the forums! I apologize to hear of the issues you are having with your emails missing. Are these missing from a third-party client like Outlook or Apple Mail? When you log into the webmail from the Xfinity website, are they missing from there?

My apologies, you did say "all folders" in your initial post. We will probably need to take a closer look into this. Can you please click the Direct Message icon at the top right of the page, click on the pen and pad icon, enter Xfinity Support in the "To" section of the chat, and provide us with your first/last name and full address so we may further assist you?
