missing emails

I am missing all my inbox emails from 1/1/2022 through 12/31/2023.  They just disappeared today.

What do I do to get them back please.

This happened to me today also. Sometime in the last few hours all mail from Dec 12, 2023 to now has disappeared. I did not delete it. I simply open my mail client and it was gone.

I am seeing the same thing.  Everything before 9:55AM today (1/12) thru 10:53PM 1/7 is gone.  What is going on??

@user_wmxkl2 Thanks for sharing what happened. Follow the steps on this https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/recover-deleted-email page to recover deleted emails. Remember the account has to be used once every 12 months for it to keep the contents. If not, the email will reactivate upon log in, without any of the history. Also ensure you have IMAP settings if you're checking it outside the Xfinity Email Portal.
